Fereni

Pudding that is very common to the Shabak culture!™ 
Milk- 1 liter (about four cups)
™Rice flour- 2 table spoons
™Sugar- 8 tablespoons
™Rose Water (vanilla extract)- 2-4 tablespoons
Pistachios- desired amount just for decoration
